Spring Property Management has four shareholders who between them have over 30 years’ experience in the property industry. We have seen the need for a medium size Managing Agent, who can focus specifically on the much-specialized needs of Industrial, Commercial and residential properties. We manage Sectional Title developments, Home Owners Associations and Share Blocks as well as holiday letting.
The Company opened its doors for business on 1 July 2015 with Judy and Chris Stephen as founding members. They were later joined by Karyn Weber and Greig Eigenmann. This resulted in a team of individuals, bringing their expertise to the table, and enabling the expansion of the company which operates from premises in Durban and in the Western Cape.
